The C8 chassis cross brace is made from carbon fiber tubes and polished 304 stainless steel hardware. This makes the brace extremely strong yet lightweight.
The design's straight lines prevents flexing and spring and thus maximizes rigidity
By mounting to the rear strut mounts compressive and tensile loads are directly controlled, eliminating diagonal movements of the strut mounts.
Makes a huge impact on your car's engine appearance
Installation is done easily by removing 2 bolts and 4 nuts, installing cross brace and re-installing those same bolts and nuts. 
The brace installs over the Engine Appearance Package (EAP) without issue
Directly addresses an issue the lead chassis engineer for the C8, Ed Moss, pointed out. 

He said:
      “The trick for torsional stiffness is that you’ve got to get the load through   the tunnel and back to the  shocktowers..." https://www.popsci.com/corvette- stingray-supercar-chassis-engineering. This brace accomplishes this "trick", transfering load from the tunnel to the shocktowers.
 
The strut cross brace utilizes straight lines and overengineered components to maximize strength and rigidity, making it far stronger than the actual loads on the brace. Dome shaped all carbon fiber braces that do not attach to the strut provide far less torsional rigidity improvement (4% vs 8%).

The pictures include those from a chassis testing facility where the chassis torsional rigidity was measured with and without the strut brace to measure improvement in flexing, using the same methods as Indy, Speedway and F1.
